GPS research reveals the greatest challenges organizations face are based in the lack of effective communication, cross-platform communication, accountability, performance, responsiveness and taking the initiative. The focus of this program is to quickly stimulate selected employee’s drive, vision, and passion to transform their careers and organization while reinforcing leadership development.

The group will be a cohort team and challenged to create up to three departmental to corporate-wide procedures and/or people improvement processes that can lead to measurable cost savings for your organization. Through 12 weeks of highly customized learning experiences, GPS creates content and dynamics that provoke thought, ignites inspiration and ownership that leads to an innovative level of sustainable excellence. This proactive approach generates and increases cross-functional organizational impact.
