Her fifteen-year pioneering research and coaching to senior staff members of some of America’s most prestigious corporations has earned her national recognition in solving productivity challenges including utilizing emerging social media tools. Her streamlined programs demystify the overwhelming challenges we all face and serves as an effective guide to understand where to allocate your time, money and energy. Her personal mission is to serve as a leading educator dedicated to advancing productivity, innovative change leadership and transforming client quality of life. She continues to author published articles for leading publications that address solutions for the overworked, overbooked and overwhelmed.

She is a certified black belt in Lean Six Sigma, a specialist with Microsoft and a certified facilitator of a myriad of performance improvement courses. Appointed by Mayor John Peyton, she served as a board member on the Status of Women and Wellness Commissions and Jacksonville Women’s Leadership Forum. She is a graduate and member of Leadership Florida and an active volunteer with the United Way and the Ronald McDonald House. She is an adjunct professor of fifteen years with the University of North Florida. She has developed 180 customized training forums on leadership development, communication and collaboration, change management leadership, organizational effectiveness, efficiency and productivity.
